Junction box

The junction box sits between the battery and the inverter and houses the protective components needed to connect and disconnect the power safely:

• Main contactor — connects and breaks the power.
• Fuse — protects against overcurrent.
• Pre-charge resistor — limits the inrush current when the inverter is connected, so the capacitors charge in a controlled way.
